The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placing top talent in technology roles. You'll be identifying opportunities, building relationships, and offering strategic recruitment solutions in some of the most cutting-edge technology markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client relationships, with a focus on the technology sector
• Proactively engage in business development to secure new clients
• Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in key technology roles
• Deliver full-cycle recruitment services, from initial job briefings to candidate placement and post-placement care
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology innovations to provide clients and candidates with expert insights

About You:

• Recruitment experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Experience in business development with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• An interest in AI, Automation, and Data with a desire to specialise in these markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to contribute.
